Rating every major Arsenal signing and departure of the 2019 summer transfer window.

It’s been a long and stressful transfer window as an Arsenal fan but time has finally run out. I don’t think anyone could have predicted how this summer window was going to turn out for the club but overall it’s been a massive success.

With that being said, the following takes a look at every major Arsenal signing and departure from this summer. Also, I’ll be giving my thoughts and rating out of ten for each respective signing.

This is the season for Freddie Ljungberg to shine.

The future is now. After another underwhelming season, Arsenal needs a fresh start. Whether they attempt to accomplish this by taking risks or overhauling the squad, a lot needs to happen to ensure there’s still light at the end of the tunnel for the North London club.

Following the confirmation that Freddie Ljungberg will join Unai Emery’s coaching staff as an assistant first-team coach from the 1st of July, it looks like the club is starting to put the pieces together to build towards a better future.
