Following tough competition, Arsenal has officially announced the signing of Ivory Coast forward Nicolas Pepe for a club-record fee.
The Ivorian had attracted interest from clubs across Europe including Liverpool, Paris Saint-Germain, and Napoli, but it’s Arsenal that won the race for his signature. The 24-year-old joins the club on a five-year deal for a fee believed to be around €80 million.

As far as transfer rumours go, this week has easily been the biggest week yet for Arsenal in the summer transfer window.
